Software updates and patches page

Hi, this page is dedicated for announcing software updates and patches you may need to download. These updates are usually on CVS yet only and there is no release for that stuff.
The downloads are organized in releases to what these updates relate. Older releases may not properly function, so please update to the latest release.

My current release of DMF: Distributed Multiplatform Framework. Actually the lbDMF-1.0.4-final.

  • lbDMF-1.0.4-final
    • XMI import has an update available. There was a bug when two or more aggregates from one class are used and the aggregate side points to other classes.
      • Download the zipfile from the link below and copy the contents into the XMIToDMF folder (for sample at C:\lbDMF\XSLT\XMIToDMF)
      • File
  • lbDMF-1.0.4-stable-rc2
    •  The UML import of the application itself does not work correctly. The change to get it working are two XSLT templates that do the work.
      • Replace the files in your installation (for sample at C:\lbDMF\XSLT\XMIToDMF) by the following patchfile
      • File
      • To start an import for the application it self, do the following:
        • Set property 'Application Database settings: DB Name' to'lbDMF'
        • Set property 'UML import settings: Application database backend type' to 'Sqlite'
        • Set property 'UML import settings: System database backend type' to 'Sqlite'
        • Check that the input file points to the second stage UML model of lbDMF Manager:
          • c:\lbDMF\UMLSamples\SecondStageModels\lbDMF Manager.xmi
        • Check that these XSLT templates are choosen (the second stage XMI import):
          • c:\lbDMF\XSLT\XMIToDMF\ImportUML-ApplicationDB.xsl
          • c:\lbDMF\XSLT\XMIToDMF\ImportUML-SystemDB.xsl
          • c:\lbDMF\XSLT\XMIToDMF\XMISettings.xsl
        • Optionally change the base path in these settings to your installation, but the files are correctly selected in an initial installation
        • Go to the Edit menu and check the following entries:
          • overwrite database while import
          • write default XMISettings file
        • Start the UML import by the File menu entry
          • import Application from UML (as XMI file)
          • In the upcoming dialog, review your settings
          • Press NO to actually start the import
          • Press Yes to both next dialogs
          • If all went fine, restart the application
          • Check in the application form (Anwendungen verwalten) will become two new buttons
          • Test the code generator UML activity by pressing the button 'GenerateTurboVision...'
          • You should get a file in C:\lbDMF\Code\Targets\lbDMF\Modules\lbDMFManager_AppModule
